- Our team is composed of individuals from various exposures in the area of education with individual practical experience of up to more than 10 years. The administration team has a combined experience of over 40 years in, education, administration, internal auditing, forensic audit, financial management, risk management as well as business development.
- In addition, our educators have expert knowledge in music both vocal and instrument and we provide leadership grooming.

SCHOOL HEAD
Laying a rigorous and solid foundation remains the best head start for every child’s educational journey. Vinefields’ role has always been to groom nurture and care through qualified staff to produce the best of a child our society adore. The world is dynamic and ever evolving and there is a lot of culture diffusion but at Vinefields, proper education itself will always remain at our core. It is how we preserve our values and instil them in our kids; it is in our DNA and cautiously bearing in mind not to be outpaced by changing times.
In this digital society, we continue to be technologically oriented as we work to fit well in the international arena. Life skills are the best tools that can be acquired by children. Vinefields pays attention to the area of skills acquisition by offering learning areas like agriculture. Learners are given individual opportunities to develop and gain the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their understanding of Agriculture at Junior school level. This also answers to the economic dynamics, which call for the agro business inclination at the present moment.
As Vinefields we pay attention to the physical well being and healthy issues thus even if the school is still at its infancy, a good foundation for sporting activities has been laid down. Sports on offer at the moment are soccer, netball, tennis, basketball, athletics and volleyball. We understand that all children’s developmental areas are considered equally important, as children have different capabilities. The most crucial aspect is to give children equal opportunities.
Vinefields junior school is regulated by the Ministry of Education Sport Arts and Culture, hence we provide the current trending education.
We at Vinefields aspire to be an institution where Christ is the centre of every act and thought and where learners develop confidence based on faith. The school is therefore guided by Christian principles with an emphasis to mould a learner who will have strong-grounded morals for them to be responsible citizens. We have the scripture union club which is inter denominational but teaches the word of God. We approach each day with joy in the heart, full of vitality and expectant of the best out of our tradition of hard work. Vinefields learners are not afraid to make mistakes as they are rightfully guided towards a life of creativity and innovation.
